The ICT Training and Resource centers will be the Center of Excellence of at Local Level where citizen can acquire knowledge in ICT and access to information by the citizens at grass root level. Overall control and management of the ICT Training and Resource centers will be done by the ministry level. All EMIS data center will be linked with core data center at central level by providing and uploading day to day data of the education institutions and so that regular data collection to be harmonized by the local level officers and staff. The project also aims at enhancement of ICT capability of teachers at secondary and higher secondary level by establishing e-Learning system in the country.
